TOPIC stop rails. The right one for every type of door!

TOPIC stop rails are equally ideal for new or renovated buildings. In addition the threshold height is designed to be suitable for handicapped people. The TOPIC stop rail is made of glass fibre reinforced plastic with kick-resistant fabric inlays. As a result of the carefully thought-out design of the TOPIC stop rails, the door leaf has two seals in the critical lower segment, which ensures additional heat insulation. A further advantage is that no cold bridges are formed. This prevents the seals from freezing even in extreme weather conditions.

New buildings

Up to 30 mm floor rail recess is possible.

Renovation

The TOPIC stop rail is shortened to the height required and either mounted onto the existing rail or lined up with its front edge (the gap should be filled in advance using suitable material).

Flooring running straight through

The TOPIC stop rail is shortened by 30 mm and mounted on the finished flooring.

Thermal threshold substructure

This represents the ideal thermal separation in order to prevent cold and damp bridges in the floor area. In addition, this stable cushioning stops the door from sagging.
